Cancellation Policy: At Moore Balanced, I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

However, in order to provide quality service to all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation: I require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for services.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you a cancellation fee.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the appointment booked.

Exceptions: I understand that emergencies may arise, and I will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, I reserve the right to use my discretion when enforcing our cancellation policy.

If you do not provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $80.00.
